Log into the membership management database

As of Feb 1, 2022, the CDHNS has moved to a new database. Information on how to access the new CDHNS Registrant Portal (database) was sent to all CDHNS Registrants by email, using the primary email address you had entered on previous database.

Your previous password and user name will not work on the new database. See below on how to access the new Portal, if you haven't already done so. 

  1. Click on the 'Log in' link above.
  2. Click on the next 'Log in' screen that shows.
  3. Select 'forgot password' (which shows on the next screen). You will be asked to enter your email address to allow you to reset your password.   
    • Please ensure you are using the correct email address, i.e., the primary email address you provided to the CDHNS previously.
  4. Go to your email account and look for an email from “Portal” (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to reset your password. 
    • Make sure you check your spam, or junk email, if required
  5. More details are in the document sent to all CDHNS Registrants on Feb 1, 2022. 

Registrants can log into their profile at any time to do any necessary updates, including:

  • address
  • phone numbers
  • email addresses
  • employment information (business contact information)
  • entering new continuing competency activities completed

CDHNS registrants are responsible for ensuring that the CDHNS has their current name, personal mail and email addresses, phone numbers, and all business contact information, at all times.
