Verification of Registration/Licensing, often called "Letters of Good Standing", from the CDHNS, can be requested through the CDHNS Registrant Portal. 

Log onto your Registrant profile and submit a request for a Verification of Registration/Licensing to be sent.

If you do not have access to the Registrant Portal any longer, please contact the CDHNS at info@cdhns.ca to request access. 

Please include:

• your full name (including any previous names that you may have been registered with)
• your current email address, and
• identify that you wish access so you can submit a request for a Verification of Registration/Licensing.  

Cost:

• Current, Active Registrants: No charge. 
• Previous registrants (not currently on the CDHNS Register): The cost is $15.00.
